I have used Protector Window & Door over the years many many times. In both my business locations and my home. Always a top notch job, hence I always call them back. Most recently though I didn't get the best install at my home for a simple garage entry door. Which is the purpose of my review. The first install doesn't so much matter for the purpose of my review...it's how they handled it. To their great credit they stepped in and literally did whatever it took to make it right. It was honestly a breath of fresh air to see that a business out there still cares and puts the customer FIRST. Trinity from the office was absolutely amazing at assuring me that it would be perfect no matter what had to be done, and she's just an amazing person. As humans we don't always get things right the first time, I know this from being in business myself. We are human and things go wrong. However, it should always be about how you finish and how you handle. In my opinion they couldn't have treated me or the situation any better and I am very thankful. I am still a customer for life.

The first night of my screen and front door installation. I can’t even sit in my living room or dinning room without an extra layer of clothes. When they left the clean was real. They’re so much on everything. I had to shampoo the furniture, wash and polish all the tables and chairs. Less than ten minutes after they left I called and left a message with the company and the installers with no return call. I have to call another to come immediately so that I’m not living this way. I would not recommend this company at all. 03/22/2023 Update I’m very satisfied. I contacted the company about the job they sent the same installer to correct the job. It was as if the installer was a new person. He did a professional job. He was humble. He clean up his mess and I didn’t have a dust storm in my house on the second installation day. I love my doors, they’re beautiful.

They have the WORST customer service and after sales care. They made an appointment for me today. THEY cancelled the appointment but didn't tell me. They're constantly late when they DO show up, and Nicole in the office seems to think the customer is the problem. I wasn't a problem when you took my money! I have 11 more windows in my house to replace,but I won't be using Protector!

They are horrible. They are not professional. They are more interested in getting your money than providing excellent service. My door peep whole is above every person head in this house. Not at all by request. The door has scratches on it and the wood casing the door is in is splitting. I called to complain on the next day after installation because I was unable to take off work after the 2 days off and both times installation was canceled by no call no show. Yes they just didn’t show up. Against my better judgment I still went forward with the purchase and it has been a nightmare thus far. You can even see light shining through from the seems of the door. If you want the man down the street uncles cousin who just happen to do a little home improvement to install your door for the price of a professional license established company call protector window and door. You will waste every penny. If you want quality service from professional installers find another place to go. Oh I thought I was getting a custom door and the installer remeasured my door on site and than cut the door in the driveway. That’s how they custom your door. Top dollar for low quality service. It was many other problems I had, too many to write. In the end after 4 months of calling and calling the general manager cursed at me and hung up ending with im not fixing your peep hole or any scratches on your door and I will send someone out to tell me whether or not the light you see is there. I asked for cooperate and she told me to come see her as if she wanted to fight me. It was horrible. Trinity, the general manger, needs to be replaced. And if there is no one over her the business needs to shut down. I have made a formal complaint with the better business bureau in hopes that this will not happen to anyone else. I am writing this review to save someone from a terrible experience.

Had a great experience with Protector Window & Door. Kenny, the salesman, came to my house and educated me on all the features and options. The custom doors took a little longer than I had hoped, but the installation team was very professional and did a great job. I just love my new doors! Would highly recommend to my friends and family.
